Appointments

Before you start, what you need to do:-

To be able to log on to the system you will need a user name and password which can be supplied to you by our Reception.  Just ask to be registered with our Online Appointments System and they will do the rest.  Your online username and password are for you only and will not work for anyone else.  Please contact the surgery if you need any further information about registering.

You can make an appointment by ringing 01302 700212 and choose OPTION 1 or wait for reception assistance. You can also call into the surgery from 10am if you prefer.

We offer pre-bookable appointments up to 2 weeks in advance but these slots are limited depending on doctor availability. If you require an appointment on the same day, you may be referred to the doctor on call for an appointment who will ring you back to discuss your condition and then arrange an appointment if needed.

If you are not able to attend for your appointment would you please remember to contact the practice and cancel it so we can offer it to another patient in need.

What do I do in an emergency

If you need urgent medical advice during surgery hours, please phone the surgery on 01302 700212 OPTION 1. This number has 3 lines into the practice answered by 3 receptionists and we will endeavour to answer your call as fast as possible. Please be prepared to give some information to the receptionist.
