The Lakeside Practice – Becoming Training Practice 2017

 

     The Lakeside Practice became a GP Training Practice in August 2017

 

Approval as a training practice is an indication of the high standards of work our organisation provides towards patient care and has been acknowledged by our governing bodies.

 

Our part in training new GP’s is valuable to GP recruitment locally during these especially challenging times within the NHS.

Home Visits

Doctor's bag Our Doctors provide home visits to patients who are housebound or are too ill or frail to attend surgery.

Our doctors typically see four patients at the practice in the time it takes to do a single home visit. For this reason, we ask our patients to come to the practice if at all possible.

Please ring 01302 700212 and use OPTION 1 before 10.30am to arrange a visit. Please be prepared to tell the receptionist about your condition so we can visit the most urgent cases first.

The doctor may wish to speak with you to see if it would be better for you to come to the surgery to be seen immediately.
